Private in person coaching sessions can take place anywhere within Manhattan, Queens, or Brooklyn and are available at any time that has been mutually agreed upon. Sessions will focus specifically on what YOU want to work on.
An initial planning conversation prior to your session will determine exactly how you can best benefit from your coach’s knowledge and experience.
Coaching sessions can be tailored as you see fit. We can do speed-work, a tempo run, learn key drills, or focus on improving your form. The choice is yours!
Private sessions provide in-depth guidance in the areas that you find difficult. Helping you to become a better, stronger, and more knowledgeable runner.

1 – 60 minute Coaching Session
This is a 1 hour long private session. Time and date must be mutually agreed upon in advance. No refunds will be granted if cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
4 – 60 minute Coaching Sessions
A package of four total hours of private coaching instruction with a discounted per hour rate ($50/hr). Sessions can be combined into 2 hour blocks if desired. Entire package must be used within 1 year after date of purchase by a single individual.
